Representative of World Health Organization: law enforcement should collaborate with anti-doping agencies to eliminate steroid abuse

Timothy Armstrong of the World Health Organization affirms that anabolic steroids are dangerous for public health. While these products are widely applied by athletes, bodybuilders and ordinary people for enhancement of muscles and strength, they may have negative impact on physical and psychological health of users. Unfortunately, risks related to these drugs are not treated seriously. However numerous specialists warn that these medicines may produce grave negative consequences, a lot of people continue to use them for athletic purposes.
Timothy Armstrong tries to protect public health. He has presented a speech about steroid abuse at a conference organized by the chairman of the International Olympic Committee Arne Ljungqvist. Thus, Timothy Armstrong helps to eradicate illicit intake of steroids.

If they collaborate, their war on illicit deals linked with steroids and other controlled substances will be more efficacious.
