An embrace in exchange of admission related to intake of banned medication by a sportsperson

Justin Gatlin is an American sprinter. He tested positive for banned substances in 2006 and served a ban of 4 years. It was defined that he had applied testosterone. Since his 4-year ban is over, this American sprinter was waiting to be accepted back. But it seems that this American sprinter doesn’t know the laws of the return to the world of sports. A sportsperson who has served a certain ban due to intake of performance-enhancing medications is not accepted back automatically. He\She should admit publicly that it was a great mistake; he\she should apologize “with tears in his\her eyes” that he\she has taken performance-enhancing medications.
But this American sportsman wants to do things his way. The American sprinter denied that he had ever administrated prohibited products intentionally. The American sportsperson confirmed that he had tested positive for steroids because a vindictive masseuse had used a testosterone cream during a massage. In fact this excuse was taken from a book of Lance Armstrong, a former American cyclist. Justin Gatlin has not changed the Laurence’s excuse at all in about 5 years.
Since Justin Gatlin didn’t admit administrating steroids publicly, sports reporters interviewed him many times. Justin Gatlin was asked whether he would admit using forbidden substances. Once it has been made clear that the American sprinter had used banned medicines intentionally. It was during an interview made by a New York Times reporter. Justin Gatlin noticed that he would admit using anabolic steroids intentionally in exchange for a embrace! Can you imagine it? The reporter told the American sprinter that people would embrace him more, if he admits. Nevertheless, Gatlin remained “invincible”, asking: “If I say it right now, are you gonna give me a hug?”
Since this American athlete has already the support of the USA Track and Field (USATF), it is supposed that this American sportsman will never admit administrating forbidden medicines. It is unclear how he has received the support because Jill Greer, the spokesperson for the USATF, says that USATF is not going to support athletes who have ever taken steroids knowingly. Such athletes should be ignored, according to USATF. The case connected with Justin Gatlin displays that the statement of the spokesperson is not practically respected.
